Mortgage Rates for a Charleston WV home stay steady

After a jump last week in the Freddie Mac Weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey, the mortgage rates for your Charleston, WV home stay steady.

House graph and moneyThe 15 year fixed rate moved from 3.37% to 3.38%, while the 30 year fixed rate dropped to 4.11% down from 4.12% the week prior.

All in all, rates are still at an all time low and it is a great time to buy a Charleston, WV home if you are ready and financially able.
